粮食仍是农业发展的重中之重

该文论述了粮食在我国农业发展中的重要地位,指出基本自给的粮食战略时刻不能松懈,更不能动摇。文章认为,科学发展粮食生产,需要继续加大政策投入,尤其科技政策的促进、财政政策的扶持、产业政策的引导及金融政策、贸易政策的鼓励和保护。

FOOD PRODUCTIVITY REMAINS THE TOP PRIORITY OF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT

This paper discussed the important place of food in Chinese agricultural development, and pointed out that the basic grain strategy cannot afford to relax and shake for a moment. It argued that the scientific development of grain production need to increase policy investment, especially the science and technology policy, fiscal policy support, industrial policy guidance and trade protection policy.
