试论我省茶叶初制机械的选型

制茶机械的选型是初制茶厂建设的一项重要基础性工作,选型是否合理直接影响到茶叶品质和茶厂的经济效益。本文论述了制茶机械选型的基本原则,即制茶品质好,机械性能优,经济性能高;分析了各种绿茶初制机械的性能特点;在此基础上提出了适于我省绿茶初制茶厂选用的茶机类型。

A Discussion on the Type Selection of Tea Preparation Machine in Henan Province

The type selection of tea manufacturing machine is an important basic work for building of tea prepartion manufactory.This article discussed the basic principles of the type selection of tea manufacturing machine, i.e, good quality of tea processing,fine mechanical property,nigh economic effect, we analysed the character of properties of different green tea preparation machines.Based on the analysis we suggested the types of tea preparation manufactory in Henan province.
