| 摘 要： | 在阐述草地资源概况的基础上，剖析了草地资源可持续发展中存在的问题，并提出了草地资源可持续利用的对策与建议：充分认识高原草地的重要生态地位；建立适应草地保护和恢复发展的经营体制；以草定畜，严格控制载畜量，发展季节畜牧业；建立人工和半人工草地；提高牧民文化素质及技术水平；加强草地鼠虫害防治及草地保护的发展体系建设。

| Abstract: | Based on elaborating the general situation,existing problems in sustainable development of grassland resources were analyzed,and some countermeasures were put forward:know the important ecology status of alpine grassland,establish management system which adapts for the protection and the reuse of lawn,raise animals according to the number of grasses and control the number of animals on each lawn,develop season animal husbandry,build artificial and half-artificial lawn,improve herdsmen's cultural quality and technical level,enhance the building of legal system,which is about the protection of lawn and the prevention of protozoan and rat damage in lawn. |
