玉米秸秆发酵剂优良菌种的筛选

摘    要:采用常规方法从800余株菌(包括丝状真菌、酵母菌、链霉菌、细菌)中筛选到6株优良菌种,并进行了原料配方发酵试验与多菌株组合发酵试验。在实验室条件下,发酵剂粗蛋白含量高达42lmg·g-1,比发酵剂原料本身粗蛋白含量提高26.4%,活菌数达4.3×10个·g-1以上。筛选到的菌株是研制玉米秸秆发酵剂的优良菌种。

Abstract:A number of strains for the maize straw ferment were obtained from more than 800 strains(including fungi, yeasts, streptomycetes and bacteria) using conventional screening methods. The experiment for different media composition and various slrains combination was carried out. Under the laboratory condition, the content of raw protein of the ferment reached 42.1%, 26.4% higher than it was before being fermented. The number of cells alive reached mere than 4.3 × 10 · g-1. The results showed that the slrains obtained are good ones to produce the maize slraw ferment.
