| 摘 要： | 从茶树的根、茎、叶中分离得到36株内生真菌,经显微形态特征观察鉴定为14个属,其中根部36株涉及11个属,茎部32株涉及9个属,叶部26株涉及6个属.结果表明,荼树的不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布和种群存在差异.

| Abstract: | 36 strains of endophytic fungi belonged to 14 genera were isolated and morphologically identified from the roots,stems and leaves of tea.36 strains of 11 genera were isolated from roots,32 strains of 9 genera from stems,and 26 strains of 6 genera from leaves.Results showed that the quantity,population,and distribution of the endophytic fungi varied in dif-ferent position of tea plant. |
