DGGE technology optimization and applicaton in the animal intestinal microboes

Traditional microbiological separation training and classification method in the laboratory have great limitation in reflecting genetic information of the intestinal microbes.Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) is a kind of method of the culture-independent,which could overcome the limitation of culture-dependent technologies and is popular in the research of the animal intestinal microbes.On the base of explaining the principle of the DGGE technology,this paper analyses its optimizing procedure,the specific application and improvements in the research of microbes,which is reference to the further research of the intestinal microbes.
