应用过氧化物酶同工酶分析技术鉴定甘蔗远缘杂交后代研究初报

摘    要:用聚丙烯酸胺垂直平板电泳法,以过氧化物酶同工酶分析技术鉴定甘蔗闽糖81/335×福建斑节第72Ⅱ的远缘杂交后代。供试材料的过氧化物酶同工酶正极向电泳结果共出现20条酶带,按迁移率分布特点分为A、B、C、D、E等5个大区。在随机抽取的子代中,编号为4、6、8、11、18、22单系的过氧化物酶同工酶谱特征与亲本有明显的差异,属杂交种,其余均表现同母本一致,为自交种。

Abstract:In order to examine F1 of distant hybridization from Mintang 81-335 x Fujian Erianthus arundinaceus, isozymes of leaf peroxidase were analyzed by polyacfyamide gel eletrophoresis. The eletrophresis result on the positive pole showed that 20 enzyme bands were found in the all experimental samples. Every enzyme band can be divided into 5 regions i. e. A, B, C, D, E, according to the distribution of remove rate. There is a significant difference in the electrophoregram of peroxidase isozyme between some of F1 and parents, they are the samples of number 4, 6, 8, 11, 18 and 22. The mentioned samples are true hybrids and the others are self-fruitful.
