丙氨酰谷氨酰胺二肽对仔兔生长性能、小肠黏膜形态及抗氧化性能的影响

摘    要:选取21日龄新西兰仔兔288只,随机分为2组,每组设3个重复,每个重复48只(公、母各半).一组为对照组,喂基础日粮;一组为试验组,基础日粮添加0.05%的丙氨酰谷氨酰胺二肽.观察丙氨酰谷氨酰胺二肽对仔兔生长性能、小肠黏膜形态及抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明:添加0.05%的丙氨酰谷氨酰胺二肽组仔兔日增重有所提高(P>0.05)、腹泻发生率有所降低(P>0.05),料重比、死亡率均显著降低(P<0.05);提高了小肠肠绒毛高度(P<0.05)、肠壁厚度(P<0.05)、隐窝深度(P>0.05)和绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值(P>0.05);提高了谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量(P<0.05)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P>0.05),降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量(P>0.05).

Abstract:Two hundred and eighty eight young rabbits were randomly allocated to 2 treatments,3 replicates of 48 young rabbits each(half male,half female).Rabbbits in treatments were fed diets supplemented with 0 and 0.05% dipeptide alanyl-glutamin respectively,to study effect of the alanyl-glutamin dipeptide in diet on the growth performance,morphology and antioxidation traits of small intestine.The result indicated that the supplement of 0.05% dipeptide alanyl-glutamin in diets improved average daily gain(P>0.05),de...
