摘    要:在机械产品开发设计中,机构综合主要依靠工程经验和机构学知识,普遍存在创新随机性大、创新方案少等问题.本文利用创新成果产生的宝贵资源专利进行机构综合创新,提出了采用TRIZ功能裁剪法对专利信息进行利用、采用设计目录方法对设计方案进行穷举和遍历、对有效专利进行合理规避的新思路,构建了基于功能裁剪法和设计目录的机构综合再创新程序化过程模型,通过实例应用,裁剪现有专利进行机构综合,提出了大量规避他人专利的创新方案,证明了采用该过程模型进行概念创新设计的可操作性和有效性.

Study on Innovative Mechanism Synthesis by Utilizing Patent Information Based on Trimming

Abstract:Mechanism synthesis of product development mainly depends on engineering experience and the application of mechanism at present. Randomness innovation and few solutions are common phenomena. In order to design new machines by utilizing patent resources, the Function Trimming Method of TRIZ was adopted to take advantage of patent information during concept design. Catalog Design was employed to cover exhaustively possible innovative solutions. The patent oriented and competitive patent circumvented process model of re-innovating mechanism synthesis was proposed on the basis of Trimming and Catalog Design. The application example, which obtained many solutions on the basis of trimming the existing patent, indicates that this process model can feasibly direct the mechanism synthesis in the innovative design of products.
