摘    要:以日光温室正常光环境为对照 ,利用叶绿素a荧光诱导动力学和电镜等技术 ,比较了弱光处理 (2 0~ 90 μE·m- 2 ·s- 1)对不同生态型黄瓜功能叶片光合特性和光合机构的影响。结果表明 ,弱光影响其光合机构和活性 ,但不破坏光合机构 ;弱光处理后耐弱光生态型黄瓜功能叶片叶绿素 (主要是Chl.b)含量明显增加 ,PSII光化学活性提高 ,叶绿体内基粒数增多 ,基粒的类囊体排列紧密 ;叶绿体结构发育完善 ,导致其功能有所改进 ,使得光胁迫下光能均衡地分配至两个光系统 ,提高了光能的利用率

Abstract:The effects of low light intensity in solar greenhouse on photosynthetic characteristic and apparatus of different ecotype cucumber functional leaves were studied in comparison with that of normal light environment by using chlorophyll a fluorescence induction kinetics and electron microscope technique etc.The results showed that low light stress has an effect on photosynthetic apparatus and activity of functional leaves,but do not damage its apparatus.For low light resistance ecotype cucumber,the chlorophyll contents in leaves were improved(mainly Chl.b content),the PSII activity was increased,grana were increased and grana lamellae were arranged compactly in chloroplast after treatment by low light intensity.The readjustment of chloroplasts structure leaded to the improvement of their function;thus enable to increase the utilizing efficiency of light energy by distributing equivalently the two photosynthetic system.
