摘 要: | 研究了桑枝黄酮类化合物含量的测定方法。结果将桑枝过160目,选用80%乙醇液作为提取溶剂,超声波处理20 min后在80℃下回流30 min,重复抽提3次,可以有效地提取桑枝中黄酮类化合物。以Na NO2-A1(NO3)3显色,用紫外分光光度计于510 nm波长下测定吸光度,能精确、稳定地检测出桑枝中黄酮类化合物含量。

The Determination Method of Flavonoid Contents in Ramulus mori |

Abstract: | The determination method of flavonoid contents in Ramulus mori was studied in this article. The flavonoid could be effectively extracted from Ramulus mori after treated with the process: it was sifted with 160 item, use the sol-vent of 80% ethanol, extracted with the ultrasonic for 20 minutes and the circumfluence for 30 minutes at 80 ℃ for three times. Using NaNO2-Al(NO3)3 as color reaction reagent, the flavonoid contents could be exactly and stably detected with ultraviolet spectrophotometer under wavelength of 510 nm. |
