杆菌肽锌复合制剂对鸡产蛋性能的影响

以1 920只370日龄罗曼产蛋鸡为试验对象,研究了杆菌肽锌复合制剂对鸡产蛋性能的影响.试验随机分成5组.其中1个为对照组.对照组喂给基础日粮,4个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加不用水平的杆菌复合制剂.试验结果表明:随着杆菌肽锌在复合制剂中剂量的加大,产蛋牢下降幅度变小,明显改善蛋壳质量(蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度)(p<0.05),显著减少破蛋率(p<0.01).降低鸡的料蛋比(p<0.05),增加蛋重(p<0.05)和产蛋量(p<0.05).综合考虑经济效益,在生产中宜选择在蛋鸡的基础日粮中添加50mg/kg杆菌肽锌与100 mg/kg维生素C制成的复合制剂.

Effect of Zinc Bacitracin Complex Preparation on Production Performance of Laying Hens

In order to find mixture effect of zinc bactracin and Vc on the performance,an experiment was conducted.1920 Roman laying hens of 370 days of age were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group included 4 repetitions of 96.There were 5 levels of zinc bacitracin compound mixture: 300 mg/kg,50 mg/kg,70 mg/kg,100 mg/kg,each mixed with 100 mg/kg Vc.The results showed that with the increasing of zinc bacitracin in the compound mixture,the laying rate decreased scope reduced significantly,the eggshell quality improved,broken egg rate reduced(p<0.01),feed/egg ratio decreased(p<0.05),and egg weight increased(p<0.05).Considering economic efficiency,it was proper to add 50 mg/kg zinc bacitracin and 100 mg/kg Vc in hen compound mixture.
