小麦赤霉病抗源N553的主基因+多基因遗传分析

摘    要:运用主基因+多基因模型对N553的6家系抗赤霉病性遗传进行了分析,结果表明N553符合E-1-0(两对主基因+多基因的加性-显性-上位性)模型,其中第1对主基因的加性效应占明显优势,是第2对主基因加性效应的2倍,两对主基因具负向显性效应,上位性效应显著,多基因的互作效应明显;主基因的遗传率为25.71%~91.61%,多基因遗传率为3.15%~64.00%,环境对抗性的影响较小。

Abstract:Resistant inheritance of new resource N553, to wheat scab was investigated with six generations genetic design. Which include the genetic analysis of major gene plus polygenes. The results showed as follows: The scab resistance of N553 fits the genetic model of two major genes plus polygenes. The genetic model for N553 also fits model E-1-0 (two major genes plus polygenes with additive-dominance-epistatic effect), the additive effect of the first major gene are double of the second major gene and there are negative dominance effects and significant epistatic effects. The major gene explains 25.71%~91.61% of the phenotypic variation, whereas the heritability of polygenes is just from 3.15% to 64.00%.
