| 摘 要： | 加快新农村建设是构建和谐社会,实现全民小康的重要任务。改善村民生活环境,完善居住功能,是新农村建设中不可或缺的内容。该规划设计本着＂以人为本,彰显新村文化,反映时代特征,创造人文、自然和谐的居住环境＂的设计理念,按南北主路为轴线划分规划区,以＂四季常青,三季有花,乡土树种为主＂为植物选配的原则,营造出和谐、生态、文明的社会主义新村风貌。
