东北刺人参茎耐缺氧及抗运动性疲劳作用研究

摘    要:[目的]观察东北刺人参茎对小鼠的耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用,为开发利用其药用资源提供依据。[方法]用不同剂量东北刺人参茎给正常小鼠连续灌胃14 d,测定其负重游泳时间、耐缺氧时间;检测运动小鼠血乳酸含量。[结果]东北刺人参茎5.2、2.6、1.3 g/kg剂量组能延长小鼠的耐缺氧时间和负重游泳时间,且能降低小鼠血乳酸含量。[结论]东北刺人参茎有提高耐缺氧、抗疲劳能力的作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects of the stems of Oplopanax elatus Nakai in mice.[Method] Given with different doses of O.elatus water suspension for 14 days,the swimming endurance,anti-hypoxia duration,and content of blood lactic acid of mice were determined.[Result] The mice treated with the water suspension of O.elatus Nakai at the daily dose of 5.2,2.6 and 1.3 g/kg showed stronger anti-hypoxia effect and loading-swimming endurance and was lower in blood lactic acid.[Conclusion] Oplopanax elatus Nakai is endowed with effects of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia.
