固氮·解磷菌剂对小麦种子萌发及田间小麦产量的影响

摘    要:目的]为小麦田间施用微生物菌剂提供参考。方法]在小麦菌剂浸种萌发试验中,分别以清水、菌剂W6、菌剂C4、菌剂S20、菌剂Yu62、复合菌剂A液(W6、Yu62、S20等比例复配)、复合菌剂B液(C4、Yu62、S20等比例复配)、复合菌剂C液(W6、C4、Yu62、S20等比例复配)对小麦种子浸种后,测定种子芽、根的长度、单株鲜重、单株干重、种子发芽指数、种子发芽率及幼苗活力指数。在小麦田间试验中,分别将菌剂W6、菌剂C4、菌剂S20、菌剂Yu62、复合菌剂A液、复合菌剂B液、复合菌剂C液于小麦苗期、分蘖期根部浇施接种于小麦,并以清水作为对照,统计小麦株高、籽粒千粒重及产量。结果]小麦菌剂浸种萌发试验结果表明,除菌剂C4处理外,单菌W6、S20、Yu62处理及复合菌剂处理A、B、C均在小麦种子发芽率、芽长、根长、单株生物量干重、单株生物量鲜重、发芽指数及活力指数方面较对照有所提高,且以复合菌剂C处理效果最好。小麦田间试验结果表明,复合菌剂均可以促进小麦生长,使小麦增产,其中复合菌剂A、B、C处理产量分别增加8.39%、8.06%、14.49%。复合菌剂A、B处理千粒重及株高均高于对照,千粒重分别增加5.6%、0.8%,株高分别增加2.93%、1.51%。结论]复合菌剂C处理增产效果最好,增产达14.49%,有望应用于农业生产中。

Effects of Nitrogen-fixing,Phosphate-solubilizing Bacterial Agents on Wheat Seed Germination and Wheat Yield in the Field

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to provide a reference for application of microbial agents in wheat field.Method] In wheat germination experiments of soaking with agents,wheat seeds were soaked with equivalent water,bacterium agent W6,agent C4,agent S20,agent Yu62,composite agents A(W6,Yu62,S20 proportional compound),composite agents B(C4,Yu62,S20 proportional compound),composite agents C(W6,C4,Yu62,S20 proportional compound),respectively.And shoot length,root length,fresh weight per plant,dry weight per plant,seed germination index,germination percentage and seedling vigor index were measured after germination.In wheat field experiments,bacterium agent W6,agent C4,agent S20,agent Yu62,composite agents A,composite agents B,composite agents C were inoculated on wheat root in wheat seedling,tillering stage,respectively,and with water as a control.Plant height,grain weight and grain yield were surveyed.Result] Wheat germination experiments showed that agents,in addition to C4 treatment agents,the single strain W6,S20,Yu62 treatment and combined microbial agents treatment A,B,C increased the wheat seed germination rate,shoot length,root length,dry weight of single plant biomass,fresh weight of biomass per plant,germination index and vigor indices compared with the control.And combined microbial agents treatment C was the best.Wheat inoculated combined microbial agents trials showed that the combined microbial agents promoted growth of wheat and increased wheat yield,of which combined microbial agents treatment A,B and C increased 8.39%,8.06%,14.49% of wheat yield,respectively.Compared with the control,combined microbial agents treatment A,B and C increased 5.6%,0.8% of one thousand-seed weight,respectively,and 2.93%,1.51% of plant height,respectively.Conclusion] The combined microbial agent treatment C gave the best yield effect,an increase of 14.49% compared with the control,which would be used in agricultural production.
