摘    要:海洋微生物因其具有产生新型生物活性物质的巨大潜力,已受到全世界海洋研究工作者的重视。近年来,从海洋微生物中已分离到许多结构新颖的抗肿瘤活性物质。对来自海洋放线菌、海洋真菌及海洋细菌中的抗肿瘤活性物质的最新研究进行了综述,并展望了其发展前景。

Recent Progress in the Research on Antitumor Metabolites from Marine-derived Microorganisms

Abstract:Marine microorganisms have been proved to be potential in producing novel bioactive substances.Marine-derived microorganisms are rich sources of bioactive compounds,and thus,have received extensive attention from marine research workers.In recent years,many new structurally-unique antitumor compounds have been isolated from marine-derived microorganisms.This article summarizes the research progress in antitumor metabolites from marine-derived microorganisms,including actinomycete,fungi and bacteria and explores its development prospects.
