| 摘 要： | 论述了直隶总督方观承在治地兴建的义仓。在遭遇自然灾害时,其对于维护社会稳定,避免百姓流离失所起了一定的作用。该义仓成为后来直隶省建设义仓的蓝本。

| Abstract: | The granary built by the governor of Zhili Province Fang Guancheng is studied in this paper.The Granary plays a certain role in the maintenance of social stability and avoidance of people displaced in the period of flood or drought.Later on,the ggranary has became the blueprint for grange in Zhili Province. |
