| 摘 要： | 在抗旱规划的基础上,结合河南省抗旱规划的原则、目标,综合考虑土壤墒情监测站点的布设,在优先考虑河南省粮食核心区以及旱灾易发区的原则上,对研究区域进行站网分区,依据各区域特点采取不同的建站原则,提出了河南省土壤墒情监测站点的初步规划方案。

| Abstract: | Based on drought planning,combining drought planning principles and objectives of Henan Province,considering the layout of soil moisture monitoring sites in the core priority areas of food and drought prone areas of principle,station network partition was conducted in the study region.Different principle was adopted according to the characteristics of different regions.Preliminary planning about soil moisture monitoring sites in Henan Province was proposed. |
