摘 要: | [目的]探讨裸果木适应旱生环境的结构特征,为裸果木的研究提供基础资料。[方法]应用石蜡切片法对2个不同生境的裸果木进行叶片解剖学研究。[结果]与生长在水分条件较好的裸果木相比较,生长在干旱生境的裸果木叶片解剖结构具有以下特征:①叶面积显著减少;②叶表皮细胞厚度和角质层厚度均增加,后者不显著;③栅栏组织细胞排列更紧密;④主脉维管束的面积及其在叶片组织结构中的比例增加。[结论]裸果木旱生环境的解剖特征使其可以更好地适应旱生环境。

Abstract: | [Object] The basic information of Gymnocarpos przewalskii Maxim.Was provided through the research on the leaf structure characetristics of Gymnocarpos przewalskii Maxim.With the adaptable for the grown under arid environment.[Method] The leaf anatomy structure of Gymnocarpos przewalskii from two arid environmental conditions was researched by the method of paraffin section.[Results]Compare with growing in the environmental condition of better water,the leaf anatomy characteristic of that in arid environmental condition was as follows : ① the leaf area of cross section decrease obviosely;② the thickness of epidermal cells increase obviosely and the thickness of horny layer increase;③the cells of palisade tissue become more compacter and the percentage of palisade tissue in leaf blade increase a lot;④ the area of vascular in main vein and it spercentage in leaf blade incease incease a lot in order to its conveying efficient,and the percentage of palisade tissue in leaf increased.[Conclusion] The structure characteristics of the Gymnocarpos przewalskii Maxim.Showde it was with the better adaptability for the arid enviroment. |
