锅炉加热炉燃油掺水乳化装置节油效果的分析

根据燃油掺水乳化装置用于锅炉燃烧的特殊性，给出了燃乳化油锅炉加热炉的两种热平衡分析方法，指出了在此过程中容易出现的错误，分析了几种常见的燃油掺水乳化装置节油率的测试方法及其特点，在此基础上，结合实践经验，提出了一种较准确和全面的测试节油率的方法，同时给出了合理评价装置节能效果的方法。

Estimation and Evaluation on the Fuel Saving Efficiency for the Water-blended Fuel Emulsified Unit

Based on the burning performance of water-blended fuel emulsified unit used in boiler,two thermal e-quilibrium analysis methods for emulsified oil boiler/heater have been given in the paper. In accordance with several test methods commonly used on the fuel-saving rate of water-blended fuel emulsified unit,the authors provide a more accurate test method on fuel-saving rates,also put forward a reasonable evaluation method on energy-saving efficiency for the water-blended fuel emulsified unit.
