低磷胁迫下玉米自交系抗氰呼吸与磷吸收的研究

摘    要:在低磷胁迫下,对玉米自交系06112、06060、06105和06128的抗氰呼吸和P吸收量以及二者相关指标进行了测定,并进行了统计分析.结果表明,抗氰呼吸速率与植物体内活性氧含量呈极显著负相关,与丙二醛含量呈显著负相关,与游离的丙酮酸呈极显著正相关;,抗氰呼吸速率与磷吸收量、根系分泌物酸性磷酸酶、有机酸和总氨基酸均呈极显著正相关.而磷吸收量与根系分泌物酸性磷酸酶、有机酸和总氨基酸呈不显著正相关.说明在低磷胁迫下.玉米自交系抗氰呼吸增强有利于促进磷的吸收.

The Cyanide-Resistant Respiration and Phosphorus Absorbed Dose in Maize Inbred Lines under Low Phosphorus Stress

Abstract:The cyanide-resistant respiration(CR) and phosphorus absored dose(P) in maize inbred lines 06112,06060,06105 and 06128 were measured under low phosphorus stress,the experimental data were disposed by statistical analysis,the result indicated:CR had a highly negative with active oxygen(AO) and negative with malondialdehye content(MAD),CR was very positive related to free pyruvate(Pr).CR had highly positive with P and the root system secretion,such as acide phosphatase activity(ACP),organic acids(ACID) and total amino acids(AA).P was positive with the root system secretion ACP,ACID and AA,but no significance.It was speculated that the increase of CR had improved phosphorus absorbed in maize inbred line under low phosphorus stress.
