| 摘 要： | 本试验以日本血吸虫水溶性虫卵抗原致敏醛化红血球,建成了检测日本血吸虫抗体的间接血凝试验。应用该法观察血吸虫抗体的消长规律,结果表明:抗体最早于人工感染血吸虫尾蚴后25天出现;吡喹酮治疗后5个月转阴。

| Abstract: | Sheep red blood cell (SRBC ) having been coated with soluble egg antigen(SEA), the IHA for detection of the antibody against Schistosoma japonicum was established. With it, the apperance and decline of the antibody was observed, the result showed that the antibody appeared on 25th day post - infection, and disappeared in 5th month post - treatment with praziquantal. |
