摘    要:以‘东湖早’和‘早钟6号’枇杷为材料,对其成年树4个季节枝梢叶片的若干生理指标进行比较分析,探讨枇杷树叶片生理规律。结果表明,‘东湖早’枇杷春梢叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量均显著高于‘早钟6号’,而2个品种的夏梢、秋梢、冬梢叶片均无显著性差异;‘东湖早’枇杷春梢叶片POD、SOD、CAT和PPO活性均极显著高于‘早钟6号’,MDA含量极显著低于‘早钟6号’,而2个品种的春梢、夏梢、秋梢和冬梢叶片则均无显著性差异。室内试验数据与田间观察到的‘东湖早’枇杷春梢生长较为旺盛具有一致性。

Abstract:The physiological indicators on leaves of loquat (Eriobotrya japonica ‘Zaozhong 6’ and ‘Donghuzao’) were compared, and the physiological rules of leaves were probed. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids of loquat leaves on spring shoots in variety ‘Donghuzao’ were all significantly higher than in variety ‘Zaozhong 6’. However, there were no significant difference of leaves on summer, autumn and winter shoots between two loquat varieties. The activities of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase (CAT) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) of loquat leaves on spring shoots in variety ‘Donghuzao’ were all significantly higher than in variety ‘Zaozhong 6’, while the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) were significantly lower. And there were no significant difference of leaves on summer, autumn and winter shoots between two loquat varieties. The laboratory experimental data had consistency with what we observed in the field that spring shoots in variety ‘Donghuzao’ grew stronger than the others.
