淀粉基保水剂的合成及性能研究

摘    要:目的]为在农业上应用淀粉基保水剂提供技术依据。方法]以过硫酸铵—亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,对淀粉接枝丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚合反应进行研究,并制备耐盐性保水剂。结果]结果表明:在优化条件下,单体(g)/淀粉(g)=3∶1,丙烯酸(g)/丙烯酰胺(g)=30%,引发剂用量=3 ml,单体中和度=80%,产物吸蒸馏水率为520 g/g,吸0.9%NaCl盐水倍率为121 g/g。结论]不同质量分数的保水剂都有一定的抑制蒸发和保水作用,该作用随树脂用量的加大而增强。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of this research was to provide technique base for starch water retaining agent applied in agriculture.Method] With annonium sulfate-sodium bisulfite as initiators,the graft copolymerization of acrylic acid and acryl amide onto starch was studied.Result] Under the optimum condition,the ratio of monomer to starch was 3∶1,the ratio of acrylic acid to acryl amide was 30%,the volume of initiator was 3 ml,the neutralization degree of monomer was 80%,the product absorbing distilled water was at 520 g/g and that absorbing 0.9% NaCl solution at 121 g/g.Conclusion] The water retaining agents with different mass mark all have some function of restraining evaporation and retaining water and the function strengthens with increment of resin dosage.
