曲靖烟区烤烟氯含量分布及其与评吸指标的关系

摘    要:为揭示曲靖烤烟氯含量分布及其与评吸质量的关系,以曲靖烟区1078份烤烟样品为材料,利用经典统计学、回归分析与灰色关联分析等方法对相关数据进行研究。结果表明,曲靖烟区烤烟氯含量适宜,烤烟氯含量在不同地域、等级与品种间存在显著差异;烤烟氯含量与评吸指标的关系均为曲线关系,且烟叶氯含量偏高会降低烤烟的香气质、香气量、余味、燃烧性与成团性,使评吸质量变差,综合考虑,氯含量在0.25%时为最佳;烟叶氯含量对燃烧性的影响较大,对成团性的影响较小。

Abstract:In order to study the correlation between Cl content in flue-cured tobacco and smoking quality, 1078 tobacco samples were collected from tobacco-growing areas in Qujing and analyzed using the methods of classic statistics, regression and grey correlation. The results showed that the Cl content in tobacco in Qujing was proper, but the difference was significant among areas, grades and varieties. A curve linear relationship existed between the Cl content and smoking quality. As an increase of Cl content, the score of aroma quality, aroma volume, remaining taste, combustibility and clustering decreased, which made the smoking quality worse. Collectively, the smoking quality was proper when the Cl content was 0.25%. In addition, the Cl content in tobacco had a great impact on combustibility, but a little on clustering.
