水杨酸处理对苹果梨采后黑斑病及贮藏品质的影响

摘    要:苹果梨采后经水杨酸(SA)处理后24 h,损伤接种链格孢(Alternaria alternata),在常温(17±2 ℃)贮藏10 d,或经低温(2±1 ℃)贮藏27 d后再在常温(17±2 ℃)贮藏10 d,测定病斑面积。结果表明,0.5 g/L和1.0 g/LSA处理抑制了病斑扩展。低温贮藏能显著提高SA的抑制效果。此外,SA能保持常温贮藏苹果梨的果实硬度,但降低了TSS含量,对总酸含量无明显影响。

Abstract:The fruit of Pingguoli pear (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.) were treated with salicylic acid (SA) solutions for 10 min, then were wound-inoculated with Alternaria alternata 24h later. The decay area was measured after stored for 10 days at room temperature (17±2 ℃), or 27 days at low temperature (2±1 ℃)and extra 10 days at 17±2 ℃.The results showed that the 0.5g/L and 1.0g/L SA treatments have effectively inhibited the decay development of the black spot disease. The inhibitive effects were more significant at cold storage conditions than at room storage. The variations of the flesh firmness, total soluble solids (TSS) and acidity contents of the fruit treated with SA solutions were also deter mined during storage at room temperature (17±2 ℃). The results indicated that the treatments were helpful for maintaining the flesh firmness, whereas they decreased the fruit TSS, with no significant effect on the acidity contents .
