摘    要:试验采用不同浓度(0.0、0.1、1.0、101、00 mg/L)的Cd2+溶液模拟水体镉污染,研究Cd2+对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长期间两类酶活性的影响。结果表明,参与物质代谢的3种酶活性受Cd2+抑制,且随Cd2+处理浓度的升高而明显降低,降低的幅度是:淀粉酶(AMY)10.44%~57.14%,脱氢酶(DHG)11.93%~53.39%,硝酸还原酶(NR)14.65%~54.06%。与此相反,Cd2+对抗氧化酶类活性却有明显的刺激作用:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高32.84%~133.65%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高31.28%~133.66%,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高33.22%~120.62%。抗氧化酶类消除了活性氧的氧化作用,从而避免或减轻了活性氧对细胞结构的破坏。

Abstract:The effect of simulative water Cd~(2+) pollution on the activity of some enzymes during seed germination and seedling growth of rice were studied.The seeds and seedlings of rice were treated by 0,0.1,1,10,100 mg/L Cd~(2+) solution.The activity of three enzymes for substance metabolism were significantly inhibited by Cd~(2+).The activity of amylase(AMY),dehydrogenase(DHG) and nitrate reductase(NR) decreased by 10.44%~57.14%,11.93%~53.39% and 14.65%~54.06%,respectively.The Cd~(2+) stimulated antioxidant enzymes: activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) increased by 32.84%~133.65%,31.28%~133.66% and 33.22%~120.62%,respectively.The three antioxidant enzymes eliminated oxidation of active oxygen and protected cell structure.
