| 摘 要： | 文章从战略性新兴产业的概念出发,阐述了云南省发展战略性新兴产业对调整云南省经济发展方式、提升发展能力和核心竞争能力、破解"三农"问题的重要意义,从投入结构、科技转换、科技人才、服务形式等方面深入分析了制约云南省战略性新兴产业发展进程的不利因素,并提出了完善推广服务体系、教育培训体系、科技投入体系、管理运行机制等促进云南省农业战略性新兴产业发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Starting from concept of the new strategic industry,the significance of developing new strategic industry for economical development mode,enhancing the development capacity and core competence,solving "three agriculture problems" in Yunnan Province was discussed in the paper.Unfavorable factors restricting new strategic industry development process in Yunnan Province were analyzed from such aspects as input framework,scientific and technological transformation,qualified technical personnel,service form,etc.Countermeasures and suggestions for developing new strategic industry in Yunnan were put forward,such as,improving science and technology extension and service system,educational training system,science and technology investing system,management and operating mechanism,etc. |
