| 摘 要： | 多室油菜具有多室多粒的特性。本文概述了油菜的多室性状，从芥菜型、白菜型和甘蓝型多室油菜三个方面对近年来国内外多室油菜的形态和遗传研究进行了综述，对多室油菜研究中存在心皮数目、多室性状的嵌合性和起源进化等问题进行了讨论，并对多室油菜在高产、抗裂角性及果实发育研究中的应用前景进行了展望。油菜多室性状对丰富和充实油菜花器和角果的形态建成理论以及探讨其分子机制具有重要的理论意义；多室油菜的开发，也对丰富和充实油菜种质资源以及油菜的高产育种具有重要的现实意义。 |

| Abstract: | Multi-loculus is a peculiar characteristics of rapeseed.This paper reviews the multi-loculus traits in rapeseeds and their morphology and genetics progress on Brassica juncea,B.rapa and B.napus.It also discusses the research on carpel number,chimerism and evolution,as well as the potential of multi-loculus on yield improvement,silique shatter resistance and fruit development. |
