摘    要:LFY基因是花分生组织特征基因,不仅决定花分生组织的形成,而且控制着开花时间。在利用基因工程进行植物花期调控方面具有深远的影响。本文作者利用RT-PCR、PCR-RACE技术,从菊科菊属植物甘菊(19endranthe ma lavandulifolium)中分离到了LFY同源基因DFL,基因登录号AY559245。为植物花发育的研究及观赏植物的花期调控提供了新的基因资源。

Abstract:LFY genes not only play the role in the vegetative-to-reproductive phase transition, but also controlling flowering. They are profound important in the controlling flowering in ornamental and forestry plants by transgenic technique. A novel homologue gene (DFL) of LFY is isolated from Dendranthema lavandulifolium. GenBank accession No. AY559245.
