水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦试验研究

摘    要:利用水润滑轴承专用橡胶材料/镀镍钢配副,分别在干摩擦、湿润滑以及完全水润滑条件下,在数显式高速环块摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验研究,并借助SEM分析了在不同润滑条件下水润滑轴承专用橡胶材料/镀镍钢摩擦副的摩擦磨损机理。结果认为干摩擦条件下主要为粘着磨损,湿润滑条件下主要为磨粒磨损,而完全水润滑条件下以边界润滑为主。

Abstract:Water lubricated rubber bearings sometimes worked in absent-water conditions. The friction and wear characteristics of the water lubricated rubber/nickel coating pair were tested under dry friction, wet friction and water lubrication condition respectively on the MRH3 high-speed ring-block friction and wear testing machine. The friction and wear mechanism of the rubber/nickel coating pair under different conditions was analyzed with the help of SEM. The results showed that the wear mechanism of the pair was adhesive wear under dry condition, grain wear under wet condition and boundary lubrication under water lubrication.
