梅花鹿茸和马鹿茸中牛磺酸的测定

摘    要:根据牛磺酸的分子结构特性,设计一个21min短程序利用氨基酸自动分析仪分析梅花鹿茸、马鹿茸各部位中牛磺酸各部分的含量。在牛磺酸浓度为100nmol/mL时,峰位和峰面积的变异系数分别为012%和135%(n=6)。对不同浓度的牛磺酸加标回收实验,回收范围为968%~1016%,表明本法准确可靠、快速、简便。

Abstract:According to the molecule structure property of taurine,the 21 min program was design,with analysing the content of taurine in different part of sika deer and red deer with amino acid automatic analyzer.The coefficient of variation of the peak potential and peak area was 0.12% and 1.35%,respectively,in the taurine concentration of 100 nmol/mL.The recovery obtained by stantard addition to taurine samples was 96.8%~101.6%.
