复方中草药饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率及肠道菌群的影响

试验结果表明,与对照组相比,两个试验组对仔猪末重和平均日增重无显著影响但均有提高的趋势(P>0.05),处理组B的仔猪生长性能最好,显著降低仔猪的料肉比和腹泻率(P<0.05);处理组A和B均可以极显著提高仔猪对干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白和磷的消化率(P<0.01),显著提高对粗脂肪的消化率(P<0.05),而对中性洗涤纤维(NDF)无显著影响(P>0.05);处理组B能够显著降低结肠、盲肠中大肠杆菌和大肠中总需氧菌的数量(P<0.05),同时显著提高大肠中乳酸杆菌和盲肠、直肠中总厌氧菌的数量(P<0.05)。因此复方中草药可以提高仔猪的生长性能,促进仔猪对营养物质的消化吸收,改善肠道菌群结构。

Effects of Compound Chinese Medicine Herb Additives on Growth Performance, Digestibility of Main Nutrients and Intestinal Bacteria of Weaned Piglets

The effects of compound Chinese medicine herb additives on the growth performance,digestibility of main nutrients and intestinal bacteria of weaned piglets were studied.The results showed that in comparison with the check(CK),treatment A and treatment B had no significant influences on the final weight of piglet and average daily gain,but these two treatments could enhance them(P>0.05).The piglet in treatment B had the best growth performance,its F/G and diarrhea rate were significantly lower than those of CK(P<0.05).The treatment A and treatment B could obviously increase the digestibility of dry matter,crude ash,crude protein and phosphorus(P<0.01),and significantly increase the digestibility of crude fat(P<0.05),but they had no significant effect on NDF(P>0.05).The treatment B could significantly inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli in colon and caecum and the total aerobe in large intestine(P<0.05),and promote the growth of lactobacillus in large intestine and the total anaerobe in caecum and rectum(P<0.05).These results indicated that compound Chinese medicine herb additives could improve the growth performance,increase the digestibility of nutrients,and optimize the structure of intestinal flora.
