摘    要:以伴生栽培小麦和栽培小麦旗叶为实验材料,对其部分光合特性进行了研究,试验表明,叶室内空气温度(TA)、光合有效辐射(PAR)对伴生栽培小麦有较强的限制性作用,而细胞间隙CO2浓度对伴生小麦有限制作用。伴生栽培小麦的色素含量、丙二醛含量均高于栽培小麦;,而SOD酶活性则低于栽培小麦。这可能与伴生栽培小麦生物产量较高而经济产量较低有着密切关系。

Abstract:In this paper,the photosynthetic characteristics of the flag leaf of wheat cultivar and semiwheat was researched.The results indicated that cultivar's photosynthetically active radiation(PAR) and leaf temperature(TA) had stronger restriction function than semiwheat's,and interceller CO_2 concertration(CO_2int) had limiting function in semiwheat.Pigment contents of flag leaf in semiwheat were higher than cultivar's,while semiwheat's MDA content was higher than cultivar's,SOD activity of flag leaf in semiwheat was lower than cultivar's.The result showed there was the close relation between high photosynthesis rate and low resistance in semiwheat.
