摘 要: | 以胡杨叶为研究对象,优化胡杨叶中总黄酮的提取工艺条件,研究其体外抗氧化性能。结果表明,超声波提取胡杨叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取剂为75%的乙醇,超声时间25 min,料液比1∶25,总黄酮提取率为11.20%。提取物对抑制脂质过氧化作用的测定结果表明,胡杨叶总黄酮提取物对抑制脂质过氧化能力较弱。

Study on the Anti-lipoperoxidation Activity and Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Populus euphratica Oliv Leaves |

Abstract: | With the Populus euphratica Oliv leaves as experimental materials,the extraction technology of total flavonoids was optimized and the anti-lipoperoxidation property of the flavonoids was studied.As indicated by the results,the optimum technological conditions of ultrasonic extraction was:extracting agent of 75% ethanol,ultrasonic time of 25 min,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25,the extraction ratio of total flavonoids reached 11.20%.Ethanol extractions from Populus euphratica Oliv leaves performed low anti-lipoperoxidation property. |
