辛硫磷对刺参幼参的急性毒性效应

摘    要:研究了静水条件下辛硫磷对刺参幼参(0.8±0.1)g的急性毒性试验,以期为海参养殖环境监测提供理论依据。利用Bliss法,得出辛硫磷对刺参幼参在24、48、72 h半致死质量浓度分别为0.329、0.1970、.141 mg/L,并计算出安全质量浓度为0.021 mg/L。

Abstract:The acute toxicity of Phoxim,a highly specific low toxicity and efficient chemical,to juvenile sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus was tested in still water using the Bliss.The Phoxim LC50 was found to be 0.329 mg/L for 24 h,0.197,0 mg/L for 48h and 141 mg/L for 72 h to the juveniles,with safe concentration of 0.021 mg/L.From the results,it was expected to be able to be used in sea cucumber aquaculture and in environmental monitoring.
