摘    要:目的]探讨植物激活蛋白对有机棉光合及产量的影响,为有机农业合理生产提供依据.方法]采用田间小区试验方法,研究不同浓度拌种、喷施浓度、喷施时期组合施用后有机棉光合速率和产量的变化.结果]3mg/L植物激活蛋白拌种能显著提高有机棉叶片细胞间CO2浓度,从而达到提高有机棉光合能力,为延缓有机棉后期早衰和产量形成奠定了生理基础.确定了新型植物激活蛋白最佳施用方法为:拌种浓度3 mg/L,同时花铃期喷施浓度为1:500倍液,可获得良好的增产效果,在试验条件下,与对照相比,籽棉产量增加20.5;.

Abstract:【objective】The objective of this study was to clarify the effect of Activator protein on organic cotton photosynthetic and yields.【Method】The field experiments were conducted on the Ili organic cotton field.The different concentration of dipping seeds and spraying concentration as well as the spaying period were studied.【Result】The result demonstrated that the cell CO_2 concentration of cotton leaf was increased using 3 mg/L to dip seeds and the organic cotton photosynthetic was enhanced.In order to inhibit the early sensecence in later stage of organic cotton,the physiological base was established.The results shows that the optimal method was 3 mg/L concentration of dipping seeds and 1:500 spraying during following and Boll - Setting Period. The yields of seed cotton could be increased by 25%by the use of activator protein in this experiment.
