| 摘 要： | 发泡聚丙烯材料是一种性能卓越的复合材料,具有原料来源丰富、质量轻、耐化学腐蚀、可回收利用、亲油疏水等优良特性。该文以发泡聚丙烯泡沫为吸油材料,研究了时间、温度、振荡频率等因素对其吸附柴油性能的影响。结果显示：（1）发泡聚丙烯具有优异的饱和吸油能力,其饱和吸附倍率为9.5g/g,饱和吸附时间为25min;（2）吸油速率随着温度升高而加快,在30℃下发泡聚丙烯泡沫的吸附速率达到最高;（3）振荡频率的增加,可以促进发泡聚丙烯泡沫对柴油的吸附作用;（4）改性后的发泡聚丙烯泡沫与普通发泡聚丙烯泡沫相比,更具有良好的处理效果,其中以添加陶粉改性的发泡聚丙烯泡沫材料的处理效果最佳,对柴油的饱和吸附倍率为10.5g/g。

| Abstract: | The expanded polypropylene is a kind of excellent composite,which has such properties as rich resource,light quality,chemical resistance,recoverable,oleophilic. This paper studied on the influence of time,temperature,frequency on the absorption performance. The experimental results showed that：（1）The expanded polypropylene have an excellent oil-absorption capability,which reaches to 9.5g/g;（2）The adsorption rate is becoming faster as temperature is higher,which gets the maximum at 30℃;（3）The increasing frequency can promoted the absorption;（4）The modified expanded polypropylene which was added pottery had a better oil-absorption capability than the non-modification,which reached to 10.5g/g. |
