大白菜采种株与其秋后代间数量性状的相关性

摘    要:用10个品种的21个大白菜自交系,研究了春播采种株与其秋后代间数量性状的相关性.研究结果表明,秋季产量和单株重与春季的始花期、叶宽、柄宽、叶重、叶数、叶面积和柄厚呈正相关;春秋季间的叶数、柄宽、叶宽、叶重、叶面积、叶长和叶形指数呈正相关;始花期与秋叶数呈正相关;春叶长与秋结球率呈负相关,与株高和球高呈正相关.始花期与秋后代性状的相关遗传进度最大.为了改良秋性状,应重视对始花期的选择.

Abstract:Twenty one inbreds from ten varieties of Chinese cabbage were tested to investigate the correlations ( including genetic, phenotypic and genotypic correlation ) between characters of the spring sown plants for seed production and their fall progeny . The result shows that yield and single-plant weight in fall are positively correlated with the beginning of flowering, leaf width, leafstalk width, leaf weight, leaf number , leaf area and leafstalk thickness in spring; spring and fall leaf number, leafstalk width, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and leaf weight are also positively correlated with leaf shape index. The beginning of flowering in spring is positively correlated with fall leaf number. The spring leaf length is negatively correlated with head firmness in the fall, but positively correlated with plstnt heigth anf head heigth. The correlated genetic gain between fall progeny characters and the beginning of flowering is the largest, so the selection of the beginning of flowering in spring is important.
