外源亚精胺(Spd)对盐胁迫下番茄幼苗生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:以耐盐性不同的2个番茄品种江蔬14号(耐盐性较弱)和白果强丰(耐盐性较强)为试验材料,采用叶面喷施亚精胺(Spd),共4个处理(营养液+0mmol/LNaCl+0mg/LSpd、营养液+0mmoI/LNaCl+100mg/LSpd、营养液+100mmol/LNaCl+0mg/LSod、营养液+100mmoL/LNaCl+100mg/LSod)下.研究了外源亚精胺对番茄幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:喷施Spd能降低番茄幼苗叶片的相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量,在盐胁迫下其降低作用更明显;两个品种相比较,Spd对盐胁迫下耐盐性较弱的江蔬14号作用效果更明显。Sod还能调节叶片内过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,使之在盐胁迫下变化更稳定;提高番茄幼苗的根冠比,对干物质积累量,叶绿素a、b的含量也有明显的影响,但是因处理时间的累积和品种不同而产生不同的作用效果。

Effect of Exogenous Spermidine (Spd) on Index of Physiology and Biochemistry of Tomato Seedlings under Salt Stress

Abstract:Used Baiguoqiangfeng (salt-tolerant) and Jiangshu No.14 (salt-sensitive) as experiment materials and leaves were sprayed with exogenous Spd. There were four treatments (0 mmol/L NaCl + 0 mg/L Spd, 0 mmol/L NaCl + 100 mg/L Spd, 100 mmol/L NaCl + 0 mg/L Spd, 100 mmol/L NaCl + 100 mg/L Spd). The effect of exogenous spermidine on index of physiology and biochemistry of tomato seedlings under salt stress were studied. The results showed that spraying Spd could reduce relative conductivity, contents of MDA and Pro of tomato seedling leaves, in which Spd had the best effect under salt stress. Compare to salt-tolerant Baiguoqiangfeng, Spd had better effect for salt-sensitive than Jiangshu No.1 under salt stress. Spd could enhance the ration of root to shoot, and could affect obviously to dry weight and contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b quantity. But Spd made the different function with accumulation of treated time and different cuitlvars.
