| Abstract: | The development of the spermatogonial transplantation technique has given new impetus to reveal spermatogenesis, self-renewable and hormone control of spermatogonial stem cells proliferation. It will be a valuable technique for animal breeding, rare species preservation and transgenic animal generation. This article provides a comprehensive overview of isolation, purification, cryopreservation and transplantation of spermatogonial stem cells. Perspectives were forecasted in applications of spermatogonial stem cell transplantation in domestic animals. |
