摘    要:为提高甘薯脱毒种苗生产效率,缩短种苗生产周期,减少在扩大繁殖生产过程中病毒再次感染的几率,研究建立了甘薯脱毒种苗(薯)双季异地高效生产技术体系,本体系包括材料选择、脱毒苗培养、脱毒苗病毒检测、脱毒苗试管繁殖、春秋双季异地脱毒苗温室(网室)繁殖和脱毒种薯生产等技术环节。

Abstract:In order to improve the production efficiency of virus-free sweet potato seedlings, shorten the production cycle of sweet potato seedlings, and reduce the probability of virus re-infection in the process of expanding propagation and production,the high-efficiency production technology system of virus-free sweet potato seedlings in two seasons of two different regions was established. The system includes material selection, virus-free seedling culture, virus detection, tube propagation, virus-free seedling greenhouse control in spring and autumn In addition, the technology of virus-free seed potato production was also discussed in this paper.
