摘    要:浙801是由浙江省农业科学院蔬菜研究所选育的杂交一代中熟花椰菜新品种.以浙801杂交种及其父本和母本为材料,筛选得到1对SSR引物,该引物可将浙801杂交种与其父母本区分开来.利用这对引物对浙801商品种进行了鉴定,其结果与田间鉴定结果一致.研究结果表明,所筛选到的SSR标记可以作为浙801的特异分子标记用于其商品种纯...

Abstract:Zhe 801 was a new medium-maturing cauliflower F1 Hybrid,bred by institute of vegetables,Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The SSR primer YP64 was screened out,which could distinguish Zhe 801 F1 hybrid from their parental lines.The primer was used to identify the purity of Zhe 801 F1 hybrid,and the results were in accordance with those of the field tests.This study showed that the selected SSR marker was highly efficient and reproducible for genetic purity tests of commercial seeds of cauliflower.
