摘    要:对不同木霉菌REMI转化体诱导番茄产生的PAL、POD、CAT和SOD防御酶系进行了研究.结果表明:Ttrm55处理番茄植株产生的酶活性与其它菌株有所不同, PAL、POD和CAT的变化趋势明显不同于其它菌株;SOD与其它菌株的变化趋势一致,但SOD酶活性高于其它菌株.Ttrm31处理番茄植株产生的各种防御酶系的变化趋势与其它菌株的基本一致,但CAT、PAL活性高于其它菌株;而SOD、POD活性稍低.Ttrm34处理番茄植株产生的防御酶系中POD、PAL活性稍高;而其它酶活性稍低.

Abstract:A series of defensive enzyme,PAL,POD,CAT and SOD in tomato plant induced by Trichoderma REMI transformants were studied.The results showed that the activities of PAL,POD and CAT in tomato induced by Ttrm55 were great different from other transformants except SOD.SOD activity in tomato stimulated by strain Ttrm55 was higher than that induced by others.The CAT,PAL activities induced by Ttrm31 were higher than those by other transformants,but lower in SOD and POD than those by others.POD and PAL activities wer...
