Synthesis of Polyaniline/Epoxy Composite Anti-corrosion Coatings by Chemical in-Situ Polymerization

摘    要:Polyaniline/epoxy(PAn/EP) resin as a composite anti-corrosion coatings is prepared by chemical in-situ polymerization.The effect of reactive conditions on the properties of polyaniline/epoxy composite coating such as mass ratio of PAn/EP,dosage of oxidantand and reactive time are discussed.The microstructure of the coating is characterized by AFM and TEM.
