外槽轮式播种机播量控制系统设计与试验

摘    要:为提高外槽轮式排种器播量调节范围与控制精度,设计了一种外槽轮式播量自动控制系统,该系统通过采集机组行进速度信号,同时控制槽轮转速与槽轮长度,实现播量调节与控制。通过试验,建立了播量与槽轮转速、有效工作长度的数学模型,分析了槽轮转速、有效工作长度对播量变异系数与模型精度的影响。结果表明:模型最大误差小于5%,平均误差为3. 2%,满足精度要求;槽轮有效工作长度在14~30mm范围内、转速为40~60 r/min时,变异系数小于0. 5%。上述参数范围是所设计外槽轮式排种器播量自动控制系统适宜的控制范围。研究为外槽轮排种器的播量自动控制策略提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to promote the scope and accuracy of the seeding amount adjustment and control,designed the seeder with sowing control system which controlled the rotation speed and the working length of the groove wheel by the signal of the forward speed of the machine.And through the test,found the model between the seeding amount and the rotation speed and the working length of the groove wheel,analyzed the effect of the above factors on the coefficient of sowing variation and the accuracy of the model built,and the results showed that the model satisfied the requirement of the accuracy and the maximum and average deviation were 5%and 3.2%.What’s more,the coefficient of sowing variation was less than 0.5%when the working length was 14-30 mm and the rotation speed was 40-60 r/min,the above parameters were suited for the designed seeder with sowing control system.The research provided the foundation for the control strategy of the external grooved wheel.
