摘    要:针对三七的特殊农艺及三七机械化收获阻力大的特点,设计了一种由二阶平面铲和土壤破碎铲组合的三七收获机组合式挖掘铲。采用EDEM离散元仿真软件对两种铲关键部件进行了工作阻力的比较,仿真结果表明:工作速度分别为0.5、0.7、0.9m/s时,挖掘深度分别为100、150、200mm条件下,组合式挖掘铲的水平与垂直阻力皆小于传统挖掘铲,表面组合式挖掘铲在降低工作阻力有着更好的性能。该研究旨在为三七及其他块茎类作物挖掘铲的设计提供技术参考。

Abstract:In view of the special agronomic requirements and big resistance while mechanized harvesting of panax notoginseng, a kind of combined bigging shovel of panax notoginseng harvester with the combination of two order plane shovel and soil breaking shovel was designed. The working resistance of the two parts of the shovel is compared with the EDEM discrete element simulation software, the simulation results showed that when the working speed was 0.5,0.7,0.9m/s, the digging depth was 100, 150, 200mm, respectively ,the results showed that the combined shovel was less than the tradition digging shovel, the results showed that the combined shovel had better performance in reducing the working resistance. The purpose of this study was to provide technical reference for the design of danax notoginseng digging shovel and other tuber crops.
