摘    要:随着地膜种植技术的应用与推广,因地膜回收技术不成熟而导致污染问题日益严重,为了减轻环境污染,提高地膜回收效率,需要着重了解地膜的挑膜力大小。为此,设计了铲齿式地膜测力回收试验装置,分析了该装置总体机构、工作原理及起膜铲、挑膜部件,以及仿行机构等关键部件。田间试验表明:该装置能够正常收膜,并测得0.020mm地膜被拉起需要45.93~77.92N,满足设计要求。

Abstract:With the application and promotion of mulching technology,the problem of recovery and pollution of mulching film is becoming more and more serious.In order to reduce pollution,recover mulch film and understand the size of film picking force needed for mulch film.This paper designs a test device for scoop-mounted plastic film force recovery mechanism,introduces the overall mechanism,working principle of the mechanism,and the analysis of the key parts of the film shovel,film picking component and the mock mechanism.
