摘    要:齿轮是现代重型拖拉机的重要部件,在拖拉机数字化设计过程中,齿轮的设计是较为繁琐的,并且齿轮的种类较多,不同的种类绘制方法是不同的。为了简化齿轮的设计过程,提高拖拉机齿轮的设计效率,提出了一种基于参数化设计的齿轮设计方案,并将其引入到了农机数字化设计协同SaaS平台中,同时为了保证数据的安全性,设计了数据安全模型。为了验证该方案的可行性,以拖拉机普通齿轮和锥形齿轮的设计为例,对齿轮的设计效率进行了验证,测试结果表明:采用参数化设计方案可以快速地生成普通和锥形齿轮;将参数化设计方法引入到了SaaS协同设计平台中,对数据安全性加密的效率进行了验证,验证结果表明:加密数据和普通数据的存储时间相差不大,从而验证了数据加密的快速性,为协同数字化设计平台的设计提供了较有价值的参考。

Abstract:The gear is an important part of modern heavy tractor. In the process of digital design of tractor, the design of gear is rather tedious, and there are many kinds of gears, and different kinds of drawing methods are different. In order to simplify the design process of the gear, improve the design efficiency of tractor gear, a gear design based on parametric design, and introduced to the digital design of agricultural cooperative SaaS platform, at the same time in order to ensure the safety of data, the design of data security model. In order to verify the feasibility of this scheme, the design of tractor ordinary gear and bevel gear as an example, the design efficiency of the gear was verified. The test results indicate that the parametric design scheme can generate common and conical gear fast;the parametric design method is introduced into the SaaS collaborative design platform, the efficiency of data the security of the encryption is verified by the verification results show that the storage time of the encrypted data and general data show little difference, which verifies the speed of the data encryption,which provides valuable reference for the design of collaborative digital design platform.
